Tell us all about the proposal! We want to hear every little detail.
Michael planned a trip to Vegas for my birthday (Feb 22). He invited along with his daughter and her boyfriend. I didn’t know it, but that was all part of his plan so they could be there to help and capture the moment in video and pictures. He took me to an Italian dinner (my favorite and request) at the Venetian for the night of my birthday and afterward suggested we take a gondola ride. The gondola driver(?) asked if we were in town celebrating anything and I said yes my birthday. Michael then piped in, “we’re actually celebrating something else too”. He then tried to get down on his knee but couldn’t take his seat belt off haha. So in a semi kneeling position, he started talking and I kind of blacked out. I said yes and the gondola driver announced it out loud and all of the people standing along the riverside started cheering and clapping!
Question for the GROOM: What things do you love the most about her?
He can’t come up with a serious answer (not a feelings guy), but when pressured to give two answers he says “your booty” 🙂 and he says I’m smart, witty, and that booty again. And you let me do me”. I’m adding that he always comments that I take good care of him.
Question for the BRIDE: What things do you love the most about him?
His muscles! Haha just trying to keep up with his answer. I love him for his hard work ethic and he’s very generous. He takes care of everyone that he loves.
