St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church Wedding Stephanie and John Paul

I love getting to know my clients because it helps me photograph them for their own personalities and styles. Here are a few questions/answers the bride and groom shared with me…

How did he propose?
He took me to the Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, VA. This location has a special family meaning to him. His grandfather lived in Roanoke after he came from Greece and started their family. He spent his childhood visiting the Hotel Roanoke. We had plans to go to a nice dinner and he proposed right before we left the hotel.

Question for the GROOM: What things do you love the most about her?
I love her creativity and insight. (Stephanie has a super popular fashion and food blog)

Question for the BRIDE: What things do you love the most about him?
I love his dedication to me and the security that he gives me. I can only imagine that will translate into dedication to a family in the future.

Here is a sneak peek of their beautiful wedding at St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church…
