The Cover Girl Experience $12,000
This experience is for women who want magazine-quality images to build or enhance their portfolio—it includes 100 fully retouched high-resolution images with a release. Your images will come in a beautiful custom case with a USB Drive. Perfect to use for your modeling portfolio, as well as to create your own wall prints or to use on social.
This half-day session includes an intimate setting for the first part and then a street-style setting for the second part to give you a diverse set of images for your portfolio. The session includes my on-location hair and makeup stylist to create your own unique look, and she will stay throughout the session for an additional look. The Celebrity Experience $20,000
This experience is like no other. It includes it all. A day of pampering to start with a morning massage and facial. You will come to your session refreshed and ready to be glammed up by my on-location hair and makeup stylist. She will create your desired first look and stay throughout for touchups and create a second look for the other half of your session.
This session is designed for the celeb life and includes a beautiful suite in a premier location plus room amenities. Includes wardrobe changes to give you a diverse selection of beautiful images to choose from, private online viewing, a 12x12 custom designed album featuring 80 of your favorite images, a duplicate 5x5 mini travel album, a 16x20 canvas or metal wall portrait, plus 80 extra images fully retouched on a USB Drive with a custom case. The International Experience $28,000
Bonjour chère, c’est pour toi! If you want to treat yourself or your lover to an amazing experience, this would be the package for you. It includes a round trip to Paris, France, and a whole day shoot starting at sunrise at the Eiffel Tower.
This experience includes a team of professionals, starting with my wardrobe consultant she will advise you on what to bring for your session. Also included, my amazing on-location hair and makeup stylist to make you look and feel beautiful throughout the day of your session. Includes multiple locations in Paris, including a truly romantic room for your shoot to give you the Parisian look and feel you will love.

Terms & Conditions
RETAINER:
A nonrefundable retainer of one-third (1/3) of the total package amount is required to reserve your portrait session date. This retainer is due and payable at the time of signing this Agreement and secures the Photographer’s services for the Assignment on the agreed-upon date and time. “Assignment” refers to the Client’s scheduled portrait session and all related services as outlined in this Agreement. The retainer is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation or reschedule and will be applied toward the final package price..
TERMS OF PURCHASE:
I commission Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® to create portraits ordered on the date indicated and I agree to pay for such services in accordance with the terms of purchase. I agree to pay all court costs, attorney fees, and any associated costs involved in the collection of unpaid balances owed to Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir®.
CANCELLATION:
The client acknowledges that in the event that there is a Cancellation of the Assignment, Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® will incur expenses and financial loss. Therefore, the Client agrees to notify Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® of a Cancellation at least 10 days prior to the expected cancellation date in order to minimize costs, expenses, and loss of income. Due to the custom assignment and the inability of the photographer to perform other sessions during the time reserved for the Client, the retainer is nonrefundable, Client will not be entitled to a refund if he or she cancels the Assignment. The full balance will be owed if the client does not comply with a ten-day notice of cancellation.
RESCHEDULE FEES:
In the event the Client needs to reschedule, Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® must be notified as soon as possible. The Client understands that rescheduling may result in financial loss for the Photographer.
• The nonrefundable retainer will not be returned.
• A $500 Rescheduling Fee applies to each reschedule.
• The new appointment must occur within six (6) months of the original session date to avoid an additional $300 administrative fee.
• After three (3) reschedules, the contract becomes void, and all prior payments will be forfeited.
• Out-of-state clients will also be responsible for applicable travel fees in addition to the $500 Rescheduling Fee.
• Travel and accommodation fees may apply to sessions held outside the Photographer’s local service area and will be quoted in advance.
NO SHOW:
The client acknowledges if they are more than 30 minutes late to their scheduled appointment their session will be canceled and their retainer will be forfeited and the full balance will be owed. The client acknowledges that in the event that there is a Cancellation of the Assignment, Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® will incur expenses and financial loss. Due to the custom assignment and the inability of the photographer to perform other sessions during the time reserved for the Client, the retainer is nonrefundable, the Client will not be entitled to a refund if he or she is a no-show to the Assignment. The full balance will be owed if the client does not show up for their session.
SESSION POLICY – FEMALE-ONLY ENVIRONMENT:
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and empowering environment for all clients, no men are permitted at your session. This includes, but is not limited to, husbands, boyfriends, male friends, or any other male companions. The studio is a private space designed exclusively for female clients, and this policy helps maintain the discretion and supportive atmosphere that Couture Boudoir® is known for. Clients must plan accordingly and arrive alone or with a female guest if pre-approved by the Photographer.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT & USAGE:
All photographs created by Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® are protected under U.S. copyright law. It is illegal to copy, scan, reproduce, or otherwise distribute any images without the Photographer’s written consent. All copyright and reproduction rights remain the sole property of the Photographer unless specifically purchased.
Clients are not permitted to use images for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written permission. If permission is granted, appropriate credit must be given to Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir®. This includes use on personal websites, social media platforms, and in print or digital publications. When possible, a link to www.coutureboudoir.com is appreciated.
LIABILITY:
Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® is responsible for producing photographs for the planned occasion and in the event of lost, damaged, or undeveloped photos only liable for the total amount paid to Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir®. Under no circumstances will Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® be held responsible for any other part of the day’s expenses.
PRODUCT ORDERS & IMAGE SELECTION DEADLINES:
• A private, password-protected gallery will be delivered to the Client and remain active for thirty (30) days.
• The Client must select all included package images and place any additional product orders within the initial 30-day gallery viewing period.
• If the Client fails to complete selections and ordering within 30 days, a gallery extension may be purchased for an additional 30-day viewing period at a cost of $250.
• Additional extensions may be granted at the Photographer’s discretion and subject to the same $250 fee per 30-day period.
• Images not selected as part of the Client’s package are not included in the purchase and will not be delivered.
• Once the gallery expires, any images not purchased or selected may be permanently removed from the online system and are not guaranteed to be archived.
• Pre-purchased products are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Packages and credits must be fulfilled by the Client by selecting images; Photographer is not responsible for determining selections on the Client’s behalf.
• All basic retouching is included; advanced or extensive retouching will incur additional fees. Basic retouching includes skin smoothing, blemish reduction, and minor body contouring. Complex edits such as background reconstruction, tattoo removal, scar removal, drastic body retouching, body sculpting, or clothing changes will incur additional editing fees.
• Album turnaround time may take up to 4 weeks from the date of the Client’s final approval and includes retouching, design, printing, binding, and shipping.
• All sales are final.
ARCHIVAL & PRODUCT FORFEITURE POLICY:
• The Client must complete all image selections and product fulfillment within one (1) year from the gallery delivery.
• Failure to complete selections by this one-year deadline will result in the forfeiture of any unclaimed images, products, credits, and deliverables included in the Client’s package.
• No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions will be provided for forfeited items.
• Archived images are not guaranteed to be stored beyond the one-year selection period and may be permanently deleted at the Photographer’s discretion.
PACKAGE DELIVERY & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:
Client agrees that any products (including, but not limited to, albums, prints, or other physical items) shipped as part of their session package will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures secure receipt of valuable items. The Client is responsible for being available to sign for the package or arranging an authorized recipient to do so. Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® is not liable for delays or additional shipping costs due to missed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages.
DIGITAL IMAGE DELIVERY:
Digital images will be delivered within 14 days following the Client’s final image selections and completion of any outstanding payments. Delivery times may vary if advanced retouching is requested.
STATE TAX:
Applicable state and local taxes will be added to the final invoice and must be paid in accordance with state law.
PAYMENT TERMS:
All payments must be made via accepted digital methods (e.g., credit card, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal). Credit card payments will incur a 4% convenience fee. Personal or business checks are not accepted under any circumstances. The Client agrees to remit payment using an accepted method by the due date indicated in this Agreement. Returned payments or chargebacks will incur a fee of $150, in addition to any applicable legal or collection fees.
LEGAL AGE: The Client affirms they are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Any misrepresentation of age is considered a material breach of this agreement and may result in legal consequences.
PRIVACY: Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® understands the importance of personal privacy and wants to be certain that we have permission to use or not use images with the expressly given consent of the client. When you are photographed by Critsey Rowe of Couture Boudoir®, certain measures will be taken to keep your photos private. Images will be placed on a professional password-protected website for you to view. All measures will be taken to protect the confidentiality of the professional images taken.
FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, illness, or governmental restrictions, where the session cannot be held as scheduled, both parties shall make every reasonable effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the liability of Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® shall be limited to the return of any payments received, excluding the nonrefundable retainer.
ARTISTIC RIGHTS:
The Client confirms that they have carefully reviewed the Photographer’s portfolio and are commissioning services with a clear understanding of the Photographer’s signature style, artistic vision, and creative approach.
The Photographer retains full artistic discretion over the selection, interpretation, editing, retouching, and final presentation of all images. Only images that meet the Photographer’s professional standards and align with the Studio’s established aesthetic will be edited and delivered. Unedited or RAW image files are not released.
The Client acknowledges that the Photographer’s work reflects a highly stylized and curated artistic process. As such, the Studio does not guarantee the capture or delivery of any specific image, pose, expression, outfit, or moment. The absence of any particular image shall not constitute a failure to perform, a breach of this Agreement, or grounds for a refund or other compensation.
Retouching:
Signature retouching consistent with the Photographer’s artistic style is included. Additional or advanced retouching requests beyond the standard level may be accommodated at the Studio’s prevailing hourly retouching rate.
DIGITAL FILE STORAGE:
While Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® may retain digital files for a limited period, long-term storage is not guaranteed. It is the Client’s responsibility to download and back up their files upon delivery. Crowe Studios, Inc. DBA Critsey Rowe, Couture Boudoir® is not liable for any loss or damage to digital files after delivery.
JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

NOTE:
Be on time for your session. This is very important as we sometimes have more than one session scheduled in a day. If you are late this will cut into your shooting time. If you are late please call to let us know or we will assume you are a no-show. If you are 30 minutes late, your session will be rescheduled at an additional charge.
We typically have more then one shoot in a day so there may be a shoot before and after yours. Arriving ten minutes early is okay but if you are any earlier please understand that you may have to wait.
